Correction in work party description for Mission Creek Park

To NENA members and other interested folks,

 

Below is an email from the City with a correction to the description of the work parties at Mission Creek Nature Park that I sent out yesterday.

My apologies for not proof reading my email very well before sending it out. There is a correction in the descriptions for the Mission Creek work parties. Thankfully with the help of volunteers we cleared all the storm debris, so below are the new descriptions. Again, please accept my apologies.

 

Saturday, March 17 - Mission Creek Nature Park, 10am-1pm

Please join us at Mission Creek Nature Park and help remove invasive plants. The focus will be on removing English Ivy from trees and the forested area floor. We will meet at the Fir Street entrance. Parking is limited to street parking. Please carpool or find alternative transportation. Mission Creek Nature Park is located at 1500 Fir St. NE.
