[Joy of Art Forever] Small works starting up again!

I am now working on about a dozen small paintings for a show coming up end of October. I love doing these!
This is the first step. Draw out the composition on a panel. (5" x 7")

I spray the pencil lines so it doesn't smudge into the paint and then I tape the back of the panel to a piece of matboard just a little bit bigger than it is so I can hold it and not get my fingers full of paint (which often happens anyway).
