What does the name 'Joxa' mean?

Hi,

I am searching for something like 'lisp with lightweight
process/coroutine', and encounter Joxa someday.
There is no much documentation about its history. What is the meaning of
the name 'Joxa'? Or where does the name come from?

Any elaboration on its current status or history would be appreciated.
