Dear OBs,

Thank you very much for turning up in large numbers for yesterday's mass and later on our meeting. i believe that at this rate, the sky in the beginning for our association.

Yesterday's offertory collection totaled to ugx 331,000 (Three hundred and thirty one thousand shillings only)

Prior to  mass, we had received contributions from the following people as follows:

Katatumba Fenard 100,000

Tumuhimbise Elias  30,000

Bazirake Augustine  55,000

Total money collections including offertory and contributions come to ugx 516,000

We had the following expenses made towards the event:

Father's transport    100,000

venue fee                100,000

sms's   expense      100,000

Table cross               15,000

hostier                      15,000

Alter wine                  26,000

Soda and water          73,800

Transport to and flow   18,000

Printing                        1,000

Total expenses totaled to 448,800

This leaves  the association with a balance of 67,200 which will be deposited on the association account.

Minutes of the meeting will be circulated in the due course of this week.
