Organisation Name, Contact Person, Phone Number - Cell Number and / or Boardline, Email Id and Postal Address (all details are a must)

 

Kindly do the needful at the earliest! We need to submit the same to the university, so kindly co operate!

Just to inform you all - surprise checks might be made this summer at your internship organisations, so please be ready for the same!
