Important: documentary shooting schedule

Dear All,

The following points need to be noted by respective groups for the forthcoming bookings:

1. Vehicles will be provided from 10 AM to the groups on the dates assigned to you. If you are not leaving at 10 AM, please inform Surendra Tatke immediately. Do not fix time with the driver of the vehicles directly. Each group should elect one rep who will coordinate with Surendra sir. This rep should speak a day before with sir so that there is no coordination issue with the vehicle.

2. 'Metrosexual Man and Convicted minds' groups please note- you have the camera from 27-28th Feb.  Metrosexual Man group(shyam, ankit, neerja, sandeep, nidhi and Afrah) will hand over the equipment to MNS(Vikalp, Ruchika, Shikha, Akshita and Shreyas') on the 1st evening. And, Convicted Minds group(Deepali, Tista, Pragya, Vedvati and Prachi) will hand over the equipment to Innocence at stake group(Aishwari, Andre, Bani, Jugal and Neeti) by 1st Evening. 

3. Shabir Sarjan Project(Aditi, Aratrika, Neehar, Richa and Nikhil) will collect equipment on 26th Evening and return it to Juna Bazaar group(Mohita, Nandini, Nidhi, Nitya and Sarah) on 27th evening by 6pm.

4.  Juna Bazaar team will hand over the camera on 28th evening to Tamasha Team(Ambika Bhalerao, S Mrudhula, Shruti Bora, Shweta Kodag, Swetha Ramakrishnan)

5. Juna Bazaar team, please speak with Surendra Tatke sir to figure out early call time for vehicle on 28th.
