Aha, what is this I say??? Another Chain mail thread??? That too of abysmally cheap professional standards. How can you be sending such chain mails to say something as personal as "thank You" on an official id. This therapeutically whimsical aspect of your endeavour to thank a person from an official id is not in conformity with the email policies. Please stop sending such mails as they cause much grief to those who are too lazy to ignore them. This is very mean I say. I will report to the IT dept or Dept for Cyber Crime.

Learn the meaning of the word respect. re·spect - noun - the condition of being esteemed or honoured. Please Respect the rules. Do not send such personal mails on the official site. Else you will find yourself in a similar position as depicted in the photo attached below.
