Dear All,

Kindly send me Data of Sportsmen from your Institutes who has represented National, State or District Level Tournaments in any Games . Kindly fill the data in the format attached herewith.

You may send in your entries by Tuesday 10:00 pm after which the data shall be forwarded to the Deputy Director of Physical Education and Sports of SIU. A list is being collated to form teams to represent SIU in the different tournaments across the country, therefore, an early response will be appreciated.
