Regarding Teleprompter Assignment

Dear All,

Due to a voltage fluctuation the teleprompter today conked off. It will take a few days for it to get repaired. Hence the teleprompter assignment will now not take place. The following is how the module will be marked:

1.) Current Affairs Programming (Copenhagen Summit):         20 marks

2.) Reporting, Scripting and Editing:                                     20 marks

3.) Class Test Question:                                                     20 marks

Of these three, for each student,two best marks would be taken (which would be out of 40). This would be then scaled to 60.

For example,

If a student has scored 15, 10 and 17 resp. then the total of best two will be taken which in this case is 32/40. Now these will be scaled to 60. Which is 32*60/40 which is 48. Hence the student gets 48 out of 60. And the rest 40 marks is the final examination.

The marks for first two assignments will be mailed by tomorrow evening.
