Hey All,

In line with the Projects Cell going complete transformation all Projects would from herein be approved/handled by Prof. Shyama Dutta.

However till a month i.e. till atleast 1st July please keep Prof. Ananya Mehta also in the loop.

So the suggested course of action for getting your projects approved -
1). Mail to Prof. Shyama Dutta
2). cc to Prof. Ananya Mehta (till 1st July)
3). You are not required to include anybody else in the loop.

Prof Mehta has given the directive - these are:

• The word limit for summer internship should range from 4000-5000 words covering all aspects.
• The report should be spiral bound. The cover page should have the title -  Summer Internship Project, At [Orgnization name and complete details], Submitted by (student's name)
• The second page should have the index and page no. on which the content is mentioned. 
• The Heading should be of Arial 14 + BOLD and the rest in Arial font type 12 with justified alignment and 1.5 spacing leaving 1" margin on both sides on a page. Along with the hard copy a soft copy too needs to be submitted. 

Please inform all the students that a business card of the person to whom they were reporting is must.

The information provided herewith needs to be adhered to strictly - 1) to maintain uniformity and 2) as proof of documentation For NAAC and UGC Review Committee and 3) For Internal Quality Assurance Cell [IQAC]. Kindly inform all regarding this. Any report outside this format will be rejected outrigh.

Once you are back on campus further instructions on the evlaution and the parameters will be given to you.  Please ensure that all mails on projects are  sent to me  along with a cc Prof Mehta . Once you are back on campus we will create a seperate identity if needed for projects

Hey All,

 

This is the FINAL mail on the procedure of Projects.

 

1). All mails regarding approval of projects to be sent to the individual faculties as used to happen previously.

2). However please mark to Prof. Shyama Dutta (as she is Head Projects)

3). Also please mark to Prof. Ananya Mehta till 31st June.

 

P.S. - 1). Please keep an eye out for the 2nd year Projects Notice Board.
