This is for everyone to keep a record of what sir gave in class today:

Three things are to be done for the next class. They are:

• Find the case regarding those 11 MLAs and the SC verdict after they challenged the court that Parliament cannot disqualify them after they were caught for bribery. Comment on the case.
• Search for 1 defamation case and comment on it.
• Search for 2 examples where information has been denied by any govt. be it state or centre. Give your comment on it.

Another thing: sir had also asked me to collect the two misleading headlines with your comments written on it whenever you can give. 

You have to bring the print out of all these cases. Also write your name, roll no. and the date of submission.

Regarding the notes:

Sir has given me a photocopy of whatever he has taught till now. These notes were prepared by one of her students and he respects tht fact and hence told me to handle the notes carefully. I shall leave few copies with the xerox wala after 5.30 pm tomorrow. Whoever needs the notes can get it from there.

I am resending the assignment mail for Col Tambekar sir as some of u told me that you haven't received it. Also it has been a long time when i sent it and we have not had his classes since the past 2 weeks. So whenever we have his class now, i hope everyone is prepared with the work that he has given us.
