This is a very serious issue as these marks are also going to add up in the final degree, also pls let us knw that who has marked for NGO and FP reports.

Also, kindly clarify if the 'evaluation form' that the Reporting Authority at our respective NGOs filled has been taken into consideration or is it just on the basis of the 'report' that we submitted? The report had a very precise format and most of us adhered to it.

Hi Ashwini,

I agree with the others. We need to know how we have been marked. Considering our NGO's have been extremely happy with us and given us good rating why are we getting such low scores here.

Also with regards to FP some of us were in really small cities and in small groups of 7-8 people. Here no one particular person had one particular role to play. We were at all times involved in each and every activity.

Kindly do give us all the details of the evaluation. We need transparency now. Time and again we have to plead for this. For the future, its a suggestion that the Admin and the council come up with some guidelines as to how we are marked atleast for these major projects.

Even  i wana know...itni mehnat se i got 9 on 10...but such low marks in evaluation...yar itni waat matt lagao hamari...

Please sort out this issue. Im very much disappointed with the marks I
got, inspite of doing really good work at my NGO, and it would be
better if we could know on what basis the marks are given.

Respected President,

I did very good job at my NGO which you can see in my evaluation form. And I did more or less same amount of work and had put same amount of energy as my team members in Footprints, but I have lesser marks then what I deserve. Moreover I had also spent my money for footprints which I dont think I'll ever get back. So this has turned out to be a loss for me, marks as well as money wise. So please see, if u can do something about my marks for NGO and footprints.

Hi Ashwini,

I have a similar problem. For my internship I had done a lot of work and my organisation people were very happy and gave me good marks for my work. The same goes for Footprints, I worked as well as I could and my co-ordinators have expressed satisfaction with my work. However, the college marks do not seem to match up to the marks and reports by these people (with whom I actually worked). Kindly look into the matter.
