Dear All,
Following is the schedule for the documentary shoots. We begin on the 15th of February and the last schedule will be on the 28th of February. I have given you these dates, as far as possible, keeping in mind your requirements. Some of you have met me, others have described their films in class. I am comfortable with most of your projects except those who have been marked in BOLD. They have to meet me. Two of the groups among the five in BOLD signed up but did not show up. This is very negligent on your part as this time on Saturday could have been used effectively and had been set aside precisely for this purpose. From Monday onwards the admission process will begin and the next three days will be very busy to meet with. The next meeting will have to be on Thursday. I will let you know the time.
Meanwhile, here is the schedule. This must be adhered to as much as possible. If any group has a legitimate problem with the date assigned to them, please adjust with another group but inform me of the change immediately. No last minute changes will be permitted, neither will equipment be issued to any person outside of the final list which will be sent to Rajesh on Thursday. Please inform your subjects/contacts of the days you have the equipment so that shoots can be planned accordingly. I am including the set of rules so that you are aware of equipment pick up and drop. I have included the names of the group members. These are now the final groups and no change of groups will be accommodated. If I am missing any group/member please inform me immediately via email.
