New Release: Journal.IO 1.2

Hi journalers,

Journal.IO 1.2 has been released with important fixes and new
features, more specifically:

* New thread management implementation, allowing to provide externally
managed executors.
* New RecoveryErrorHandler APIs, for finer control in case on checksum
errors during journal recovery.
