New work-in-progress feature: recovery error handlers

Hi journalers,

I've just pushed a new branch,
https://github.com/sbtourist/Journal.IO/tree/wip-recovery,
implementing recovery error handlers to allow more control over
checksum errors during the recovery process.
You can configure a recovery handler by calling the
setRecoveryErrorHandler on the Journal, and the RecoveryErrorHandler
interface already provides some basic implementations as inner
classes.

This will hopefully provide the foundation for richer and more robust
error handling in the future.
