I just installed and purchased the Desktop Plus app. After i added the 3rd account ( that was a
box.net, after 1 gdoc and 1
box.net ) the application failed and not does not start anymore.
i did try the following:
1.restart the pc - same issue
2.uninstall and reinstall - after the reinstall the app crashes before asking me the activation code
3.reinstall the sql lite pack ( required ) - reinstall desktop plus. same issue.
I am running genuine win xp on a dell e6410, with 4gb ram, i5 core.
it is only 2 hours i purchased both web and desktop application ( 49usd ) and i am already regretful. the service would look great, if it could work!
please anyone had similar issue and can advise ?
