Can't get started

When I click on the Add Google Docs account button I get the next screen, to grant or deny access.  If I click on grant I just go back to the Add Google Docs screen, If I click on deny I get

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

I have the exact same problem. I have tried different Internet browsers to see if that helped, but it did not. I hope this bug can be fixed!
