i will try this way, cause my last mail wasn't replyed after 20 Days. I wrote with you time ago, about testing features... finally your program isn't what i have expected. i've told you that on 10.25.2011. You said you will send the refund request to your departement, (25.10.2011) Nothing happend since octobre.

could yoi please reply this way?

Thanks for your feedback. As I told you early we don't provide free trial for our desktop application, and you sent us your request 4 months later after you purchase the application. For details I have sent you an email.
