Issues of opening documents on Google Docs!

We have received few emails regarding some issues of opening a document with Google Docs in Joukuu. For Joukuu, we support documents, presentation and spreadsheets. And for Google Docs, it doesn't support all formats, especially for documents. 

If you have created a document using Microsoft Office and save as .docx format, some of them wouldn't be able to open it on Google Docs, you have to convent it to .doc format first. It's happening everywhere, including Google Docs website.
