Crashes after trying to open a file

Using in W7/64, I am able to search and find my documents, but as soon as I click on it the application crashes. See attached file. I am using Pro version 1.1.3. Please assist.

No solution in that email. I responded by email also about how unhappy I am with the product. Can you either help me resolve the problem or refund my money?

Hi, I replied your email on 16th Dec 2011. Did you received? Did you try our latest version?

Anyway, we saw the problem, but we need to get the error message from you so we can fix it specifically. Since we said there is no error message, so we have to spend sometime on that. Will update you as soon as possible.

No, I don't see a reply since my email on the 14th. However, I have tried reinstalling and as I mentioned before, the program simply shuts down when I click on an document I want to open and nothing else happens, no error, warning and certainly the document doesn't open, etc.
