Conntecting Cloud Services

Hi,

I'm using the Web Service and it is not possible to add a new Cloud Service e.g. dropbox. The Buttons are not clickable. I tried firefox and chrome, also used a Mac and Windows operating system. Can anyone help? The first Cloud Services worked well (google) but now I can't any further service.
