Joukuu Lite not syncing

Good afternoon,

I am unable to get Joukuu Lite to do much of anything. After successfully connecting a service, that service will ultimately time out with the error message: Fail to connect with server. I have tried it on multiple computers and services, but always with the same result.

I would love to purchase the full version, but can't justify it if I can't the core features to work in lite.

Any ideas?

I got the same problem for a couple of days. Can you tell me how to solve it?

I have installed the new version, but am receiving the same error. The cloud-based platform works fine, but it seems to be getting hung up on .xls files in Google Docs in the Lite, also, it isn't importing anything from Box.net (all I have are .pdf files there).

The cloud always remains in the sync mode and I always get the same warning. I have installed the lite on various other machines with the same result, but occasionally it will give me an error on other services (e.g., dropbox, box.net).

Also added my dropbox account, which synced most of the files, but got this error and a fully "synced" cloud icon, but I am missing many files across all platforms. Here is the screenshot of the new errors I'm getting.

Thanks. I think that's your computer problem. I will send you an activation code for Joukuu Plus tomorrow, you can test it.

I would love to try Plus, but I don't think the problem is my computer as the same thing happens on all of the computers I have tried.
