The Definite Plan Going Forward!

So the first group, Team Wicketude, playing the "New Wine, Old
Wineskins" campaign, is now definitely locked-in, and they've had
their first session already.

That group consists of: myself (as DM), Tim, Wodin, Sandra, Jazmin,
Raven, and Carson.

It will meet weekly on Sunday mornings, from -approximately- 10:00am
until 5:00pm each time (though the gaming session itself will likely
be shorter than that full scheduled block of time), at Tim's Condo
(8331 S Upham Way #102, Littleton).

This will be the default time from here on, so if anyone can't make it
to any one of these Sundays, please let us know as soon as you can, so
we can reschedule or cancel as appropriate. You can contact me here,
or at 303-478-2641 if you have questions or scheduling issues.

** PLEASE NOTE: There will be no game at Tim's Condo on Sunday,
December 28th. I'll be at the "Kickoff to the Realms Mini-Con" RPGA
event at Enchanted Grounds that day. (See details in the relevant
post if you're interested in that.)



The second group, Team Eliterrama, playing the "Scales of War"
campaign, which will use the exact same character creation rules and
guidelines listed for the "New Wine" game (see the informational page
in "The Proscenium"), will be meeting on Friday evenings each week,
also at Tim's Condo in Littleton, starting on Friday, December 12th.

The exact time is yet to be determined (but probably about 5:00pm is a
fairly safe bet), and the exact group makeup is not 100% finalized.

So far, the following people are confirmed for this group: myself (as
DM), Tim, Dawn, Kyler, and Chad. Lena is also confirmed for a
temporary spot in the group, but she will likely only come to a
session or two before she moves. (If she stays in Colorado, of
course, then she's certainly welcome to stay in the group
permanently.)

I will run the game with just those four players (five counting Lena),
but I'm also happy to take a couple more people into that group.
Steve mentioned that he could be available, and Tiana expressed a lot
of interest, but I haven't confirmed her availability for this time
slot yet. There were also others who wanted to play, but who have not
specified that they'd be able to make it to a weekly Friday night
game.

So, for now, we're proceeding with the four players listed above as
the definite invited and expected group, plus Lena for as long as
she's around, and one to two slots are still semi-open. But the game
will begin on December 12th, and continue on Friday nights thereafter,
whether I lock anyone into those other two spots right away or not.
(Assuming no other complications which would necessitate a
rescheduling, of course.)

** NOTE: There will be no game at Tim's Condo on Friday, December
26th. I'll be at the RPGA event mentioned above.

With the Holidays and such, are we sure we want to keep the game on an
every weekend schedule?
For a lot of people the weekend is the only time they have for
shopping. If we did a bi-weekly schedule that would fit in perfectly
with your planned RPGA game on that weekend.
I am not saying I am not interested in playing... just looking at the
big picture and offering ideas.

If anyone has any specific conflicts or needs one or more of these Sundays off from the game, due to Kwanzaa or Yule or International Pine Cong Day, or whatever, that's totally fine.  Just let me know.

Failing that, we'll proceed with the schedule as written.

Tomorrow night.

Tim's Condo, 8331 S Upham Way #102 in Littleton. (Right next to the
intersection of Wadsworth and Chatfield.)

5pm until Midnight is what we're thinking. If you can swing that,
plan on that. If you can't get here until a bit later, or need to
leave earlier, we'll work it out.

Bring your character in whatever state of completion it's in. Or send
me all of the relevant information and I'll make you up a character
sheet myself. Or both. I have Dawn's already, totally done. I'd be
thrilled to pieces to see Kyler's, Chad's, and Lena's pop up in my e-
mail box before tomorrow afternoon. But don't sweat it too much.

We'll get characters polished up, get to know each other for a few
minutes, chat about some general game expectations and concepts,
discuss a bit of background, and hopefully be ready to launch right
into game at about 6:00 or so. Maybe even sooner. Maybe later, if
people show up a bit late, or we need more time to get characters
nailed down.

We'll run until Midnight at the latest, though ideally I'd want to
call the game at least 20 minutes early, or so, and have a bit of a
post-game wrap-up chat. But we may quit earlier than that, if
Midnight's too late for folks. I'm flexible.

So please confirm that you'll be here tomorrow at or around 5pm then,
if you can. And if you can send me a character, or all of the info I
need to make you a character sheet, that would be awesome.
