Happy Birthday to who?

This afternoon someone tied a half-dozen fancy Happy Birthday balloons to the banister on our front porch steps. There was no card or name attached and nobody at our house is celebrating a birthday. The balloons were obviously delivered to the wrong address, and so I’m wondering: Did any of our neighbors have a birthday today, and if so, were they the intended recipient? Anyway, could the real birthday person please stop by our place tomorrow and pick up your balloons? Hope you had a real good one, BTW …
