Using joscar with Netbeans

Hello

I downloaded joscar from "http://joscar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/"
using svn, but I have no idea how I can start using it. I'm used to
adding references to jar files in Netbeans, but in this case there are
so many folders and files. I would appreciate it if someone can tell
me how I can start using joscar with Netbeans.

I understand that most people don't use Netbeans, can anyone one tell
me how I can start using it with Eclipse? Which folders are needed for
logging in/out and sending/receiving messages?
