Setting maternity leave for women and parternity leave for men

Hi guys.

i intend to create an option where an employee can be marked as either male or female during registration or afterwards. so when leave option is enabled, maternity leave is allowed in women  and paternity leave is allowed for men.

I think you are overthinking the problem. Maternity and paternity entitlements are credited on a employee not on a contract (group of employees).

Most of users of jorani simply define a type 'maternity/paternity' and allocate different days depending on the employee.
