[English] Import of public holidays

Hi,

I've developed an experimental feature that allows you to import public holidays into a contract's calendar.

For the moment it supports only day offs of one-day length (I think it covers 96% of the cases).

You can find external webcal feeds on various website, for example:

https://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/calendars/usholidaycalendar.html

Where you need to change this kind of URL:

webcal://files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics

to

http://files.apple.com/calendars/US32Holidays.ics

Note that your server must be allowed (firewall, toute, etc.) to reach external IP.
