Restrict Leave Application When Balance is Exhausted in Jorani

Hello Team,

I would like to highlight an issue regarding leave management in Jorani.

Currently, when an employee’s leave balance is exhausted, they are still able to apply for leave, and the system allows it by showing a negative balance. This may lead to confusion and improper leave tracking.

Is there any way to configure Jorani so that once a particular leave type is exhausted, the user is restricted from applying for that leave? In other words, the system should prevent submission of leave requests when the balance is zero.

Kindly suggest if there is any setting, configuration, or customization available to handle this scenario.
