Hi Benjamin,
Is there a leave type call Emergency Leave? There is a policy in a company that if employee wish to apply leave, must apply 2 days before the commence leave date.
If within the 2 working days, then the leave is consider Emergency Leave. This emergency leave calculation is treated and will still deduct the annual leave balance. The reason having this is, management wish to identify employees that always take ad-hoc/emergency leave.
