How to change the date format displayed?

It seems on my deployment, the date for is mm/dd/yyyy, i would like the date to be displayed with the following format: dd/mm/yyyy

How to do it?

This was already answered on this forum. Please use the search tool.

Into the next version users will be able to change their regional settings and an english gb translation will be available.

Meanwhile you have to manually change /application/language/english/global_lang.php

You "taught" to whom? Dude, i am not paid for this... and i am REALLY getting discouraged to be involved in an open source project with answers like that..
. What is exactly your contribution to this project to get the right to "teach" me something? Again, i am not paid for this stuff and not helped a lot, so if you are not happy with the forum operated by an unpaid volunteer, you are free to leave.

I taught that was the way it should be working in a support forum. At least it is, in the ones i ask questions.
