Ideas for 0.4.1

Hi,

I am developping v0.4.1 as the number suggests, this version won't need a DB patch. I use the following naming convention x.y.z. If y changes, the version needs a DB pacth.

Known issues in v0.4.0 that will be fixed in 0.4.1:

• Individual calendar, clicking on a day off causes an error when we try to download the ICS file.
  

New features:

• Small improvment of e-mail design.
• Better ergonomy for entitled days pages (contract/employee).
• SECURITY: Improvement against CSRF attacks.
  

You can suggest features that will be included into this version. If their complexity is reasonable and don't need a DB patch, I'll include them.

Dear Benjamin,

One idea:

Showing the different status of a leave in ics calendar in other to distinguish "Planned", "Request", "Accepted" & "Refused" leaves,  for shared team calendar.

Then don't show "Refused" leaves in ics calendar.

It is for a future use where Jorani would insert leave events into an external calendar. But it is not yet developed.

In next version should has leave balance carried over of last year and sum with current balance.

You can have the balance of last year by changing the date of execution of the report.

"last year" means nothing for the LMS as in some countries yearly periods don't start January the first.

Hello, 

I am new to Jorani, and I find it really nice for leave management. What I like to have (maybe is already implemented but I cant see it from the online demo) is to have the possibility to set a start and end time of the leave. Because I only see the morning and afternoon. It will be good to have start and end time of the leave.

Great work on everything so far, 

I have a few requests, mostly coming from my boss. 

1. Nice to be notified if the vacation request is within a 1 week period from the actual calendar day (More control over the notification). 

2. Nice to warn a user as well as a manager if a request is over x amount of days. 

3. More control over how the website looks, add company logo etc. Mind you a lot of this can be done through the code but it would make this easier specifically in the case of updates and so forth. 

4. Rather then just having afternoon - afternoon, also add a feature to have a time bock. A lot of employees take few hours off - still will be considered half days but this helps management better prepare for when someone is away. 

5. Dependency - so when x employee wants a day off, y employee can't take a day off unless management approves it (probably could be met with notification improvement).  

6. Carry over days that automatically calculate the remaining vacations days from last year and will carry forward and add a maximum of 5 days to towards current calendar (the 5 days should be made so it can modified). Also the ability to control how long those days will be valid for. For us it will last until March 31st. I have made this work by just adding in another list types and manually entering in the info. 

Most of these are just wish list for myself and the company. You have a great software and I hope you continue to work on it. What we're really looking for is a secure and stability. The rest is manageable alternatively.
