Choosing Joose 2 vs. 3 for these features

I'm new to Joose. Just wondering if either 2.x or 3.x currently directly support:

1. run-time creation & modification of classes, attributes, methods, etc.
2. run-time creation &  modification of type constraints on attributes (and possibly methods)
3. run-time checking of these type constraints (e.g. on assignment to an attribute, or call of method)

Hi,

1) Is supported in both. 2, 3)  is supported in Joose 2 IIRC. But Joose2 itself is old and not actively maintained. All supported features are listed in the manuals.
