Any plan for next release? We have a need for this [jOOQ/jOOQ#8418] Add support for vendor specific DateParts in DSL.tru… · jOOQ/jOOQ@2ef003e · GitHub

but not sure if I should add it in manually or if it is released in the near future.

Hi Topi,

There are no plans to release 3.20.0 yet. It barely contains anything interesting, so far. You can always work with snapshot builds available from here if you're licensed:

https://www.jooq.org/download/versions

Or build them from github yourself.

Alternatively, you can very easily work around most missing SQL feature support using plain SQL templates:

https://www.jooq.org/doc/latest/manual/sql-building/plain-sql-templating/
