NULL values in DB2

Hi Espen,

I lost track about this issue:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/jooq/ticket/172

Can I close this one or do you think we still have a problem there? All integration tests run smoothly, but this could also be because of some workarounds or special data sets. I want to release 1.5.3 this week as there are lots of important fixes and feature implementations in it (and I'm going to be on vacation as of next week :)

There are still integration tests that fail when using DB2 < v9.7.

Oh crap. I wonder whether I can install a second DB2 instance in parallel...
Otherwise I'll release 1.5.3 with some info on supported DB2 versions
