Dear all,
Thank for making OOMMF more accessible.
Am I right that only Gilbert damping is currently supported in joommf?
I'am a little bit interested in ultrafast dynamics, demagnetization and so on and trying to reproduce results from http://dx.doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevLett.110.097201 using joommf.
So I wondering, do you have plans to add different kind of damping in joommf?

Dear Baka,

JOOMMF is only an interface to OOMMF - so you can (at most) use the features that OOMMF already provides, although one may like the JOOMMF interface better than the default provided by OOMMF.

So you question should go to the mailing list of OOMMF, but I am pretty sure the answer is likely to be ‘no’. If OOMMF provided LLBr, one would still need to provide an interface to it from JOOMMF (but that’s very little work in comparison to implementing that model in OOMMF).
