Seeking mentor for help with simple joomla site.

I have used Joomla in the past for a simple web site and recent came back to Joomla after a poor experience with an automated site builder.

While a CMS solution is overkill for my needs there is some comfort in coming back to something you know (more or less :)

In this instance I am trying to work with Breezing Forms (Lite for now) to:

 (1) Collect information from prospective customer

 (2) Email details of the submission to the company principal

 (3) Present a printable summary form for the customer (table layout rather than long form layout) after they press the submit button.

The breezing forms solution easily accomplished the first two objectives but being light in the scripting department I am struggling with the last objective.

There are 12 fields submitted by the customer, I would like to include a unique identifier (up to 5 digit number)

I am doing this as a favor for a small business owner so would appreciate 'mentor' as opposed to purchased service but recognize free isn't always best so might be able to offer up gift in kind (out of my pocket).
