displaying tagged articles in blog format

Hello,
Is it possible to display articles that have been tagged in a blog format?
I have articles display on the home page in a blog format that are in a featured category, works fine.
I would also like to have a menu item that will display a page with all articles that have been tagged with the same tag since some articles fall into more than one category. I can see how to do this and get a list, but is it possible to get them to display in a blog format? I was looking at https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:How_To_Use_Content_Tags_in_Joomla! and it reads that "you can create a menu link that displays a list of tagged items for a given tag and display either as a list or blog style." But I sure can't see how to get it to display in a blog format.
Maybe someone can point me in the right direction?
