SobiPro Redirects

Hello Again Everyone

I posted on Oct 9, but post not showing up so here is the essence
again:

Joomla! 2.5.7

SobiPro 1.0.8

On my public site, I have two sections driven by SobiPro. Although on
the public site, the Url's have the https:// prefix. I have three
Access control rules: Visitor, Our Schools and Committees; all are set
to "any valid". There's no rule set for registered users, who are the
only ones that should go to the https:// site. SobiPro does not drive
any section of the https site.

What else might I do to force SobiPro to render the public schools and
committees page as http:// ?
