disappearing source code

Hello everybody. It's been a long time since I've posted here. I try to find answers to my problems elsewhere before I do, and mostly I can, but this one is really weird. I'd appreciate your thought's on it.

I'm experiencing a lot of broken pages here: http://www.thebeachcomber.com/. The display is all whacked out.
It's not consistent. Sometimes a url will work properly sometimes not. The only consistency is that that an <![endif]--> is missing within the head tags when the page is broken. it's always the same endif. It's like something is mangling the source code when it gets compiled.
Can anybody help with this? Thanks in advance!

FYI- turns out to be a caching issue. I turn it off and all is well.
