Should the Joomla User Group consider changing to Facebook Groups instead of Google Groups?

Google is downgrading the Groups feature. Google is eliminating the
welcome message and the ability to share documents. All that will be
left is the list-serve feature.

Facebook, on the other hand, is enhancing its Groups feature. It
appears that the capabilities of Facebook Groups will surpass anything
Google Groups ever had.

Should we consider moving the Joomla User Group Grand Rapids off of
Google and onto Facebook?
