www not loading

I just moved a site from a static html site to a Joomla site utilizing Jesper's mobile device component (which works great). The DNS is set up correctly for the domain and the "www" sub-domain. The server has the "www.domain" as an alias to the domain, yet I get the following message when I attempt to visit the site:
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server."

The domain is http://willeychamberlain.com, the sub-domain is http://www.willeychamberlain.com.
