Jesper Dinesen, Joomla expert at MMJ Technology, says "Be sure all
needed file permissions are as they should be. You can see this under
the Help - System Info - Directory Permissions (tab)".
Jeff Honeyager says with regard to the test environment for Joomla
1.5.18 "I installed NinjaXplorer just fine - couldn't run it because
Admin1 was just an Admin. NinjaXplorer is a great tool for looking at
your installation's file system."
