Patch for Joomla 1.5.13 affecting admin login

Applied the Joomla Captcha 4.5.1 patch after upgrading to Joomla
1.5.13. Site seems ok but Joomla admin login page shows a blank
screen. Running VM1.1.3 also and applied Captcha patch for this.
Site and Captcha all working fine prior to Joomla 1.5.13 upgrade.
Any ideas?

Problem solved. Mistake made with copying index.html.
