Joomla! v1.5.15 outputs CAPTCHACODE_FORM_TITLE CAPTCHACODE_FORM_TEXT CAPTCHACODE_HOW_TO_RELOAD

I have just upgraded from Joomla! v1.5.14 to v1.5.15. I now get the
following lines output before the Captcha input box:

CAPTCHACODE_FORM_TITLE
CAPTCHACODE_FORM_TEXT
CAPTCHACODE_HOW_TO_RELOAD

On my production site www.staffierescuescotland.co.uk the lines only
appear on the Forum menu item. On my local server the lines appear on
every menu item.

Can you advise please?

If you want that I should find the cause, then I need to access the site via
ftp.
Or try to find out why he function (loadLanguage) in the module does not
return the text.

I just repeated the process on my local server to upgrade from Joomla!
version 1.5.14 to 1.5.15 and there was no ill effect on Kupala
Captcha.

However, as soon as I upgraded the forum from Fireboard to Kunena the
error occurred again - the captcha_code lines re-appear ONLY on the
Kunena Forum menu item, exactly as they do on the production live
site.

I have to assume that the error is connected to Kunena Forum
installation.

I'm very grateful for your offer to investigate for me Viktor. Before
we go down that path, can you liaise with the Kunena developers to try
to solve?

If this is not possible I will allow you the FTP access details, BUT I
have to be certain that the username/password info is not published on
this forum!! We will have to liaise directly for me to let you have
this information.

I will take a look at the loadLanguage module and see if I can spot
any difference between the code in the module and that which you have
posted above.

Can you advise where I find the module to look at?
