Class 'TemplateContentArticleHelper' not found

Um dos sites que hospedo aqui apresentou a mensagem "Class 'TemplateContentArticleHelper' not found" em TODOS os ítens de menu que apontam para links internos do site.
Verifiquei e o arquivo com a classe (_helper.php) está, sim, no diretório correto (templates/padraogoverno01/html/com_content/article/), como em todos os outros, sem exceção. Somente neste site é que está tendo problema.
O Thiago, do projeto, fez uma postagem no github, nas issue (https://github.com/joomlagovbr/joomla-3.x/issues/80) falando sobre a atualização do default_.php. Fiz a atualização, mas não resolveu.
Atualizei o Joomla para o 3.8.8 (estava na 3.6.5) e também não resolveu.

Alguém conseguiria me dar uma luz do que pode estar acontecendo, ou onde buscar solução??? Pelo que parece, ele não está carregando o arquivo _helper.php.

Abri uma issue no github (https://github.com/joomlagovbr/joomla-3.x/issues/84) e estou aguardando resposta.

Fiz uma cópia do site em outra máquina, onde alterei o nível de  log para "debug" e retornou o seginte log:

Encontrei o problema... Estou postando aqui a solução para o caso de alguém passar por isso, também...

Seguinte: Nas Opções Globais, em Artigos, o layout padrão estava "Últimas Notícias". Mudei para "Padrão" e o problema foi resolvido.

Não sei, não, mas isso me parece um bug!!!
