1. Report
1. From "Christophe will have a discussion with the
individual about behavior in the project." The discussion was not
possible.
2. General Business
1. Next Joomla/Platform Release
1. Coordination of the platform library and the trunk/
libraries/joomla folder
1. Andrew has been keeping the two in sync as a
temporary measure.
2. Will need to work out the details for how to
fix platform bugs in the CMS and coordinate with the platform project.
2. Review process for new features
1. Anyone in the PLT can commit Accepted Features,
a revert can solve issues
3. How to handle db changes for version 1.7
1. Christophe will try to do the work using Sam's
installer
4. Timing of 1.7 beta & RC1 -- Mark will propose
specific dates
5. What can change on the admin UI -- decided to wait
until next version for UI changes
2. Communication
1. Elin Waring offer to write regular blog for developer
news
1. OK. PLT will review and ok. if no answer in 48
hours, it is ok.
2. Possible email to individuals whose posting
privileges were revoked, advising them that they are eligible to
reapply.
1. Yes. Mark will circulate draft email.
3. PLT summit: decide dates and agenda
1. Final dates July 27-28 for PLT meeting.
2. Firm date July 29-31 for joint summit.
3. We welcome Andrea Tarr and Omar Ramos to the PLT.
