Here are the minutes from the just-concluded PLT meeting. Thanks.

Present: Louis, Andrew, Jean-Marie, Mark, Christophe, Chris, Ian
Apologies: Sam
Agenda
1.Version 1.6 Beta Milestone Update.
a.Communication strategy - Louis
i.Louis will draft document for PR firm VOXUS by tomorrow to
start preparations for the 1.6 beta release.
Comments and input welcome from the team before then.
b.Tracker/process status - Mark
i.Starting now, bugs and issues for version 1.6 will be tracked
in the 1.6 Issue Tracker.
ii.Priority 1 and 2 are beta blockers. We will do all of them
first and then as many 3's as time permits.
iii.We will close the 1.6 Feature Patch tracker, moving items to
the issue tracker where it makes sense.
iv.Mark and Louis will work on blog to announce this change to
the community.
2.Sponsored Development Status Update.
a.Reported on the status of our current Sponsored Development
Program participants.
3.Discussed the role of the Release Team as it relates to version 1.6
and future versions. More discussions will be needed to reach a
decision.
4.Version 1.5.16 Update. - Ian/Mark
a. 1.1.5.16 planned for Friday, April 23

Sorry, I was confused and thought they were posted in a blog. I don't
see any way of correcting the mistake other than to say that, yes, Ron
was present. I have corrected the Google doc. Thanks. Mark
