1. Joomla! 1.6 Release Schedule and Process

- Update on progress and discussion on timing. Ian wrote the planned
Production Leadership blog post

- Continue weekly blogs from RT and LT. Ron voluntered to write this
weeks LT blog post.

2. Joomla! 1.6 Release Communication Strategy

- Discussion on when to announce, and which type of public
communication for the upcoming Alpha2 and the following Beta
milestone.
- Discussion on who will do the announcement
- Upon reaching the Alpha2 milestone announce a target date and
expectations for the Beta milestone
- Follow up regularly with RT to do weekly blog post about the
progress towards the 1.6 release.
- Leadership Team to do a weekly blog post discussing the current
state of things and the outcome of the weekly meeting.

Actions

- Announce alpha2 when it is ready and then announce a target Beta
date at that time.
- Production Leadership Team do the announcement.
- Start a wiki document targetted the users in order to explain new
features like ACL. Mark voluntered.

3. Production Working Group Budget for 2010

- Further discussion on ideas for budget requests. Ron shared his
ideas in the brainstorm mailling list Google groups thread. Still
avaiting report from OSM Treasurer for a list of Budget/Actual for the
last few years relevant to production. Sam will share this and
possibly post it to the budget thread when received.
- Louis sharing ideas of PLT members attending more at expos,
learning, sharing and listening, more than just as salesmen/women in
the front representing the project.

Actions

- Continue brainstorm at list.
- Louis sends a detailed mail to the google group about our
representation at expos and events.

4. Developer Site / Joomla! Labs Planning

- Latest status on server setup from Rochen. Louis tells we will a new
MVS tomorrow to build the thing out on.
- Update on possible CLA and site TOS.
- Site template. Ron assigned and can start when server ready.

Actions

Louis and Rochen continue their great efforts on this.

5. Meeting with whole Leadership

- Suggestion to have a meeting with whole Leadership especially to
talk about coordinating the stable 1.6 release plan

6. State of our unit/functional testing

- Request of having a status of our unit/functional testing
