Hi all,

Some time ago we were approached by the OpenCalais people. http://opencalais.com/about

I don't remember what came of that, but I think it may be something worth exploring if any of you have any interest in leading up a charge on that.  Anyone have any thoughts on whether we think it is worthwhile?

Didn't see the first email for some reason...  it certainly looks like something worth looking into and discussing.

I'll take a look for some resources.

Quite an interesting tool, and certainly interesting to see how its been used in other projects.

Just realized that one of our GSoC 2009 students actually have a wish/plan? for integrating OpenCalais in his Taxonomy System for J! 1.6
