A. Progress Overview of CLT managed sub-sites:

1. JED
1. Sander will look into this once he has full access.
2. Sander talked to Matt Baylor, and he looks like a good team leader
3. starting JED liaison transition

1. vote on the following :
1. Going on with the full feature thing (social+volunteer stuff+groups...)
2. Get rid of all social stuff and create a volunteer only focused site
3. Forget about everything

3. Forum
1. Missing Spanish translation in the forum causes some problems, but phpBB should handle different button images as well. Forum will be updated to 3.0.11 and the phpBB expert will look into the spanish translations as well
4. www.joomla.org site
1. adding Joomla! World Conference banner on the homepage
5. JCM
1. status migration [not done yet],  Olaf to ask VPN access, to help Peter with the Migration

B. Other

1. Joomla World Conference, CLT Summit dates, CLT meeting 14th November (Google hangout)
2. Working on CLT internal changes (processes, structure, positions...)
3. Next meeting time half an hour earlier
4. New CLT members - start creating a Blog post for new CLT volunteers
